A renovation that reimagines the everyday pempek store as an elevated, event-ready dining destination. Moving beyond the casual, quick-bite feel typical of the category, the redesign introduces a warmer, more refined material palette, layered lighting, and flexible seating arrangements that allow the space to easily transition from daily walk-in service to hosting group gatherings and private events.

The goal was to preserve the authentic, comforting character of the brand while giving it the polish and hospitality feel of a proper restaurant, making Pempek Vero a place guests choose to linger, celebrate, and return to.
